+In no special order:
1.Monthly Girls' Nozaki-Kun
月刊少女野崎くん - GEKKAN SHŌJO NOZAKI-KUN
Plot: Our story begins as Chiyo Sakura finally confesses her love to her long-time crush Umetarou Nozaki. Unfortunately, he is utterly clueless about her feelings and instead thinks she's a fan of his and hands her his autograph. Nozaki isn't full of himself; this is a logical conclusion in his head as he is actually a manga artist of the romantic genre. Taking this event as an opportunity, he asks Chiyo to become his assistant as he's been eyeing her art skills for a while. Herein unfolds a hilarious narrative full of miscommunication and heart-warming moments.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: Nozaki has a very quiet and mysterious aspect, but, like Komi, his outward appearance is different from his personality. Side characters are hilarious with their own very weird traits. Same ‘slice-of-life’ atmosphere without much drama. This is mostly a feel-good anime with plenty of laughs and cute situations.

2.Handa-kun
はんだくん
Plot: Sei Handa, the most popular student at school, is put on a pedestal for his unmatched calligraphy skills, good looks, and cool and mysterious personality. However, his perception of self is opposite to that of his peers as he thinks he’s hated by everyone and regarded as an outcast. The anime follows him during his high school life as endless events involving shut-ins, delinquents, and fangirls lead to awkward and entertaining situations.
Note: This is the prequel to ‘Barakamon’ where the story follows Handa into adulthood, but both anime are different.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: The protagonist is worshiped in school, but his inward personality and conception of himself are different from what people think. He also has communication problems as well as social anxiety. He does or says things unintentionally that are perceived as fantastic and brilliant. There are many comedic situations involving very crazy side characters.

3.Sakamoto Desu ga
坂本ですが?- Haven't You Heard? I'm Sakamoto
Plot: ‘‘Sophisticated, suave, sublime, and perfect’’ there are the words often used to refer to Sakamoto. After his first day in school, his exceptional allure, exceeding intelligence, and magnificent charm manage to win both the girls and guys over. Due to his sudden popularity, he also acquires a few jealous people who intend to break his perfect image. However, no one seems to be able to sabotage him as all attempts to overthrow him only manage to further showcase his level of excellence.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: Komi has this super cool aura around her due to her beauty, good grades, sportsmanship, and overall attitude. Everyone is completely head over heels in love with her and calling her ‘your highness,’ yet she maintains perfect humbleness and is even shy about it all. Sakamoto is the exact opposite. He embraces his image to the point where it becomes so far-fetched and out of the box that the mere scenario of what is happening to him and how he reacts to it will make you cry with laughter due to its brilliant and legendary humor.

4.Angel Densetsu
エンジェル伝説 - LEGEND OF ANGELS
Plot: Seikichi Kuroda is a first-year transfer student with a heart of gold but a facial structure so terrifying that it petrifies and frightens into discipline even the most brutal of delinquents.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: I don't usually include very short animes on my lists, but 'Angel Densetsu' is worth every second of the time you dedicate to watching it. It's full of ridiculously funny situations. The main similarity is the misconception that characters have about the protagonist and the premium level of comedy.

5.My Little Monster
となりの怪物くん - TONARI NO KAIBUTSU-KUN
Plot: Shizuku Mizutani is apathetic, unsociable, and seems to only care about her grades. Her upbringing made her have a cold outlook on life, and she has a tough time understanding relationships and people. One day, she meets Haru Yoshida, a boy labeled as a troublemaker. Although he is not much different from her as he also has trouble understanding his peers, the two develop an unlikely friendship that slowly progresses into a world full of indescribable feelings and newfound colors.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: The heroine has difficulties making friends and communicating with others and often says the wrong thing, but she meets a guy that helps her get out of her shell and develop. The majority of side characters are very likable and funny. Both the protagonist and her love interest have character traits considered 'socially inadequate' that they need to work on. Although My Little Monster also focuses on romantic aspects and treats facets of communication issues and the pains of growing up, it does so more ''seriously'' than Komi Can't Communicate. Although it has a lot of comedic elements, it also encompasses its fair share of drama, and Shizuku is a lot more assertive and inconsiderate than Komi.

6.Clean freak Aoyama-kun
潔癖男子!青山くん - Keppeki Danshi! Aoyama-kun
Plot: Regarded as one of the most promising football players of his generation, Aoyama is also charming, cool, and good-looking, attracting the attention of girls but also fellow football competitors. However, he has one aspect of his personality that often debilitates him: he is a germaphobe, a clean freak. This condition makes him avoid physical contact and sometimes can also make him play badly if the football or field is dirty or muddy. The plot follows his story as he forges a path for him and his team to the Nationals.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: Don't worry if you're not a fan of football, as the main emphasis of this anime isn't on the game. Similarities lay in the depiction of the paralyzing aspects of phobia. Like Komi, Aoyama is also considered as a sort of prince in his high school and revered by all his peers. There are a lot of comical situations, and not much drama happens. This is mainly a slice-of-life anime.

7.Kimi ni Todoke
君に届け - From Me to You
Plot: This anime series tells the story of 15-year-old Sawako Kuronuma, an ordinary sweet girl with a contrastingly terrifying appearance. Her looks lead her to have an evil reputation in class which immensely lowers her self-esteem and turns her into a timid and quiet person. At some point, she meets Kazehaya, a classmate who will slowly cheer her on and carefully encourage her to make friends and come out of her shell.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: Both Komi and Sawako have trouble trying to communicate. They have the same shy and kind personality with a very big and warm heart. They both meet a boy who will help them overcome the hurdle of their condition and make friends. They both fall for the boy. The same growth trajectory, plot, themes, and atmosphere of Komi Can’t communicate. The main difference is that Sawako is not liked by her peers while Kazehaya is very popular (so basically the contrary of KCC), and although Kimi Ni Todoke is funny, it is nowhere near as hilarious as KCC and is more slowly paced.

8.Given
ギヴン - GIVUN
Plot: Given’s narrative follows the lives of four young men in a band as they go through feelings of pain, love, and self-discovery. Mafuyu Satou wants to learn how to play the guitar for a mysterious reason which seems to involve a traumatic event in his life. Taking a liking to him, Ritsuka Uenoyama decides to teach him how to play, which involves inviting him to sit in on jam sessions with his two bandmates: bassist Haruki Nakayama and drummer Akihiko Kaji. There is no fan service, no cliché plot, no trope or fetishization of yaoi; only greatness and the occasional sorrow and tugging of the heart.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: Mafuyu Satou is similar to Komi as he finds it extremely hard to articulate how he feels and what he's thinking. For that reason, he is mostly silent and has a hard time opening up to people. He often mistakes his friends' feelings about him and feels like he's a nuisance. There's the same emphasis on several characters' points of view for the development of the plot. The heart-warming and giggle-inducing atmosphere is the same but Given has much more dramatic and darker tones than Komi Can't Communicate: it will make you laugh but also occasionally shed a tear.

9.Shokugeki no soma
食戟のソーマ - Food Wars!
Plot: Souma Yukihira has been cooking at his father Jouichirou’s restaurant since he was a young boy. Finding both his passion and joy in culinary concoctions, he is shocked to find out that Jouichirou has decided to close down his shop for a job in New York. Rather than joining him, he decides to enhance his skills further and enroll in the prestigious world-renowned Tootsuki Culinary Academy, where only 10% of students graduate every year. The school is mainly known for its ‘Shokugeki,’ intense and brutal cooking competitions between students.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: There isn’t much to say here about a common plot or theme, but the atmosphere is almost identical when it comes to the level and quality of comedy. Shogukegi No soma is hilarious. It’s probably one of the funniest anime I’ve ever watched, and the jokes are incredibly similar to those of Komi Can’t Communicate: you will find a lot of ..erhm.. unexpected carnal humor animated in the same style. This series also has similar ‘feel-good’ vibes.

10.My love story!!
俺物語!! - ORE MONOGATARI!!
Plot: Ore Monogatari starts with the story of Takeo Gouda, an ugly pig gorilla guy (as referred to by his best friend) with a heart of gold who saves a girl from a predator on the train. Shortly, he falls in love with her kindness and cuteness but suspects that she might have feelings for his best friend as Makoto Sunakawa is known for stealing the hearts of female students. He eventually gets proven wrong and, in that, follows a tale of comedy and wholesome romance.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: The protagonist is often mistaken as a big and scary guy by his peers, but he’s actually an incredibly sweet and kind boy. Refreshingly original as toxicity and drama are replaced by cuteness, growth, and communication. Same funny and very cute atmosphere.

11.Barakamon
ばらかもん
Plot: Seishuu Handa is obsessed with calligraphy and is deemed by many to be one of the most promising up-and-coming artists of his generation. One evening, as he showcases one of his award-winning pieces, he is described as ‘unoriginal’ by a veteran art critic, which makes him lose his cool and react in a way that stains his reputation. As a punishment, his father exiles him to the Goto Islands, where his lifestyle is drastically changed from that of Tokyo.
*Note: this is the sequel to Handa-Kun but the two have a very different plot/theme/atmosphere.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: In terms of plot, these two really don’t have much in common. But if you like Komi Can’t Communicate because of the elevated level of ‘wholesomeness’ that stems from it, you will deeply enjoy Barakamon as it will continually warm your heart throughout its 12 episodes. This show is much deeper and even has the occasional noteworthy life lessons, but its side characters and atmosphere emanate joy and good feelings.

12.Kaguya-sama: Love Is War
かぐや様は告らせたい~天才たちの恋愛頭脳戦~ - Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen
Plot: At first glance, ''Kaguya-same: Love is War'' seems like a generic romance anime: in walks, the student council and swooning arise from the rest of the populace, and oh look, there are two characters who like each other but haven't confessed yet. It's with this last part that this series becomes highly original: Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya, although both beautiful geniuses and interested in each other, don't confess for a specific reason: their pride cannot bear seeing a defeat in this game of love, so they start to create the most bizarre and hysterical schemes to get a confession out of the other. This is a battle of wits full of absurdity and cuteness.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: The two main protagonists have this ‘revering god’ appearance and reputation but what’s going on in their minds is completely different than how they portray themselves. Main and side characters have an absurd and incredibly hilarious dynamic between them. This anime series is very wholesome and heart-warmingly insane. The comedy is in pair with Komi Can’t Communicate and also heavily relies on visual aspects.

13.Senryuu shoujo
川柳少女 - Senryuu girl
Plot: Yukishiro Nanako has difficulties when it comes to conveying and relaying her thoughts into verbal speech as words and sentences seem to entangle in her mind. She finds a solution in Senryuu, a type of Haiku poem, and resorts to writing in that style on a piece of paper to communicate with her peers and family. Joining the literature club where Senryuu is often practiced, she meets ex-delinquent Eji Busujima, who has also developed a love for that style. Nanako begins to find comfort and growth in their friendship and club activities.
Similarity to Komi Can’t Communicate: Like Komi, Nanako has trouble speaking and resorts to writing to communicate her feelings. Eji Busujima has a delinquent appearance and is judged by his peers as inapproachable, but he's actually very kind and goofy. The friendship and chemistry between the two main characters are very similar to Komi and Tadano's, and the atmosphere is as fluffy and wholesome -albeit perhaps not as comically inclined.
