💮In-Depth Details Of Interesting Ingredients:

Viscum Album (Mistletoe) Extract: 🔴[Not enough research]

Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Extract: 🔴[Not enough research] Potentially Wound Healing + Potentially Antibacterial

Melissa Officinalis Extract: The following properties are attributed to the oil extract, so the extract referred to in this ingredient list, if it is not oil-based, has them but perhaps to a lesser degree: Antioxidative + Antimicrobial + Anti-inflammatory

Juniperus Communis Fruit Extract 🔴[Not enough research] One In-Vitro (in a glass) study points to it having potential Antioxidant properties.

Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract: Wound healing ( Polyphenols and tannins) + Anti-acne (Tannins) + Antioxidant.

Arctium Majus Root Extract: 🔴[Not enough research]

α-(−)-bisabolol/Alpha-Bisabolol/Bisabolol: Anti-inflammatory (inhibits Cytokines (pro-inflammatory substances of our cells)) + Anti-microbial (prevents certain fungi and bacterial growth) + Anti-hyperpigmentation (Inhibits melanin synthesis) + Antioxidant

Allantoin: Moisturizing ( Emollient: provides a layer of protection to help prevent water loss)

Dipotassium GlycyrrhizatePrevents hyper-pigmentation (Inhibits Melanin forming activity of Tyrosinase) + Helps preserve hyaluronic acid content in the skin

Ascorbic AcidA form of Vitamin C that easily oxidizes when exposed to air or the sun, it doesn’t really make any sense for this to be here except for marketing purposes.

♦️Controversial Ingredient:

Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil: Perfuming, is also a known irritant, but here it’s present in a really low concentration, so it shouldn’t be a problem unless you have very sensitive/sensitized skin.

Hypericum Perforatum Extract: Antimicrobial + Antioxidative + Potentially Anti-Inflammatory + Potentially Wound-Healing + Potentially Photosensitizing: it contains Hypericin, a substance that can make skin sensitive to sunlight, this usually has a very low chance of happening when applied topically, but with a product like this one which is formulated to deeply penetrate the skin, it might have the potential to cause some irritation.

Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel OilBoth of these serve as natural fragrances, they have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory claims, but there isn’t enough research on essential oils in general when it comes to topical skin application. Some types of skins easily get irritated by essential oils. Others don’t react in any way. If you’re interested, I’d recommend reading this blog post [Are Essential Oils in Skin Care Harmful or Helpful?] by The Klog for more information.

MethylparabenA preservative that most people prefer to avoid as some studies suggest that it might cause harm to cells when exposed to sunlight. But the study wasn’t done on real skin. You might opt to avoid this ingredient or to use sunscreen when using products that do contain it.

+HOW TO USE THE Ciracle Blackhead Off Sheet

[REVIEW] Ciracle Blackhead Off Sheet Texture

1. Remove only one sheet of paper with tweezers.
2. Hold the sheet so that its grain is vertical, and then pull it left and right to make an oval.
3. Place it over the nose evenly. The sheet should sit flat and firm without any air bubbles on the nose.
Note: A sheet can be used on any area of the face which is prone to blackheads or whiteheads.
4. Wait 15 minutes. It is more effective if you wrap the sheet in plastic wrap so that it does not dry out while you wait.
5. Remove the sheet and use a cotton swab to wipe away the elevated blackheads.
6. Finish by rinsing with clean water.

Notes from Ciracle: To enhance the release of blackheads, try rinsing the face with warm water or use a steamed towel on the face to open up the pores beforehand. It is also recommended to use the product every day for the first week to remove excessive blackheads. Afterward, use 1-2 times a week for dry-normal skin and 2-3 times a week for oily skin.
Notes from me: In addition to the cotton swab of step 5, I also use pressure with my fingers wrapped in cotton to force the blackheads out.

[REVIEW] Ciracle Blackhead Off Sheet Before and After

1.Ciracle Pore Control Blackhead Off Sheet gently removes sebum, blackheads, and whiteheads without irritating the skin or enlarging the pores:I've tried many blackheads removing products in the past, and this is the most gentle one so far. The sheet itself won't particularly irritate your skin: the liquid it's soaked in is going to loosen your pores, allowing the gunk to come out very easily, so the process isn't damaging. However, if you really want to remove as many blackheads as possible with each usage, you might need to rub the sheet on your nose if the 15 mins didn't loosen your pores and push the blackheads to the surface enough for you. You might also need to apply pressure with your fingers in addition to the cotton swabs. This process will irritate your skin depending on how harsh or gentle you are with it. I personally tried to be as gentle as possible: after removing the sheet, I rubbed my nose with cotton swabs which removed the blackheads sitting on the top. However, to remove the ones stuck deep in the skin, I had to wrap my two index fingers with cotton and push them to propel them out (I used the same two Ciracle Blackhead Off Sheets I had used -one for each side of my nose). This procedure removed a great majority of my blackheads but left me with sensitive skin.

In case you go crazy like I did, just be sure not to put hot water and don't expose yourself to any sensitizing products or the sun for at least the day as this will further irritate your nose. Also, you won't be able to use this product every day if you do all of this. You could alternatively choose to do none of these things and only use cotton swabs after the sheet, which would probably be smarter.
2.This is a two in one sheet that not only tightens old sebum but also large pores: The Ciracle Blackhead Off Sheet does not tighten anything. Pores are basically a skin opening, which produces a tiny curved depression on the overall smoother surface of the skin. To tighten them, you’d need to minimize that ‘curving’ which only laser treatments can do. Your pores might look smaller because there will be less gunk in them, but that’s about it.

I am very pleased with this product. I’ve been trying blackhead removing products for three years now, and this has been my favorite one so far. It’s efficient, cheap, doesn’t loosen the skin (like many nose strips), and is suitable for any skin type. If you have really sensitive skin, just use cotton swabs after letting the sheet on for 15 mins.

[REVIEW] Ciracle Blackhead Off Sheet Before and After 2

If you have oily skin, you can try to also push out some of your blackheads after that. Just remember to be gentle with your nose and care for it appropriately after you’re done.

While Ciracle mentions in its instructions that you can use their Blackhead Off Sheet on any skin area that has blackheads, I don't recommend this. I've tried it on my chin and cheeks and had no success. I then tried rubbing the sheet on my cheek and chin, and although that removed a few of them, it also irritated my skin quite a bit. I think that this product works by irritating the top layer of the skin and has a bit of the same effect as an exfoliant would (your nose will be very smooth when you're done with the process). The irritation leads to the pores opening up and to your skin's uppermost layer becoming a bit thinner. This is fine for the nose, but it will make the skin on the rest of your face appear almost waxy and shiny if you do that. So for clearing out blackheads and any oiliness from the rest of your face, check out the La Roche-Posay Effaclar Clay Mask instead, which works as well as these sheets and is not irritating.

[REVIEW] Ciracle Blackhead Off Sheet

+BENEFITS:

  1. Regular use will clear up the nose of any blackheads

  2. Less damaging than a lot of blackhead products for the nose

  3. You can use the product as ‘intensely’ or ‘mildly’ as you want, depending on your skin type

  4. Easy to use

  5. Very Good price/quality ratio

-CONS:

  1. The liquid of the sheet can quickly evaporate if you’re in a dry environment, so you might need to wrap it with a plastic sheet when on your nose

  2. The sheet might make your skin sensitive and more reactive to the sun/irritants for a day

💮💮💮💮💮Score: 4.5/5 ——— This is the best nose blackhead removing product I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t get a full score because of the two mentioned cons above.
