+HOW TO USE THE AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream

[REVIEW] AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream Texture

Step 1

Use the provided spatula to scoop the desired cream.

Step 2

Apply T Zone cream for oily areas, U Zone cream for dry areas, or mix both for areas that need moisture and hydration

+what does the AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream do?

Claims from the AXIS-Y product page.

1. Provides a youthful, nourished glow: Yes, I would even go as far as to say that it gives you glass skin. Honestly, I did not expect much from the AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream because I'm not a moisturizer fan in general. I prefer layering on serums and toners and only gravitate towards moisturizers when the weather forces me to (or if one is particularly trending and one of y'all ask me to test it out🤪). I was pleasantly surprised when I first starting using both of these creams because they instantly give you a glowy-nourished-plumped-happy-skin appearance which I have never really experienced to that level with any other moisturizers to date. So yeah, good job AXIS-Y, I see you.

2.Two unique formulas for every moisturizing need: I have combination acne-prone skin. But I am generally more oily than dry. The T-zone cream works particularly well with my oily skin. One area where I am pretty reluctant to try on moisturizers is my forehead because it tends to get clogged exceptionally easily, but I’m happy to report that it had no adverse reaction to this gel/cream. I tried using the U-cream there, too and saw the difference: while it still didn’t cause any bumps to appear, my skin wasn’t as comfortable with it on. For my ‘dryer’ area, it is also happy and satisfied with the U-cream. I’m additionally glad to report that combining that cream with constant mask-wear did not trigger any acne breakouts. Note that If you have very dry skin, I don’t think that the U-cream would satisfy you because it’s more of a gel cream than a thick cream, and it feels more hydrating than moisturizing; check out the Etude House Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream (14.31$ for 60 ml) instead.

3.Hydrates oily skin without the greasiness: Yes, I even used it on my nose, which gets so oily you can crack open an egg on it and season it (🥚), and it didn’t clog it, so… there’s a metaphor for you.

4.Softens and supports dry skin: Both creams of the AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream do not soften the skin in terms of exfoliation. If you have bumps or acne, they won’t go away. They soften the skin if you have a rough patch due to lack of hydration or moisture; chances are it will get less rough when you apply this product. As for ‘supporting’ dry skin, yes, but it’s more of a supporting role than the main one.

AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream (Before and After)

I was surprised not to see in the claims that both of these creams plump up the skin quite quickly. I have fine lines around my mouth (smile lines) due to the overexpression of moods, and by applying the AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream, I immediately saw a difference in their dept. They were still present but less so. This is probably one of my favorite traits of this product, and for this reason and those mentioned above, I think that this would make a fantastic one-step skincare item for people who don’t have time to spend on their skincare. It has antioxidative and anti-inflammatory ingredients, which are necessary for maintaining a healthy skin barrier and help in the anti-aging process. It’s both hydrating and moisturizing. And it has a high chance of working well with all skin types except for very dehydrated ones.

So yeah, I recommend it to everyone except to my dry skin friends. For sensitive skin types particularly: I tried this on my lips which usually burn with most moisturizers since they’re sensitive, and this did not irritate them in any way, so it has low chances of irritating you. If you have active acne, while this has low chances of triggering further break outs it probably won’t help in any attenuation, so check out this post instead: [10] Anti-Acne products that actually work + A Skincare routine

[REVIEW] AXIS-Y Cera-Heart My Type Duo Cream

+BENEFITS:

  1. A convenient one-step product that hydrates, moisturizes, and maintains a healthy skin barrier

  2. Great for people with combination skin

  3. Plumps up fine lines

  4. Low chances of triggering acne (no-nonsense ingredients like fragrances)

  5. Fast absorption

  6. A little goes a long way

-CONS:

  1. The inner lid of the cream is a bit annoying to remove and put back every time you use the product.

  2. Not layerable unless you want to look like a shiny donut

🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱Score: 4.8/5 --- For me, this is probably the closest to a perfect moisturizer that you can get for combination to normal skin. It doesn’t get a full score because the inner lid is so darn annoying and it’s not particularly layerable :’)
